摘要
超分子化学或者主客体化学作为化学研究的一个热点,受到了越来越广泛的关注。在主客体化学中,瓜环作为一类新型笼状化合物逐渐成为超分子化学领域的研究热点。主客体作用模式多样化,作用机理复杂化,探讨主客体化学的现代分析检测手段纷繁不同,可以利用紫外可见吸收光谱法、荧光光谱法、热重法,差热法、核磁共振技术、电化学方法、红外光谱法,单晶X-射线衍射技术、高效液相色谱法等等现代分析检测手段,从不同的角度、层次探讨主客体相互作用的模式、机理、结构、分子间相互作用力等。现代分析检测手段的研究发展与应用,使主客体化学研究系统化、深入化,并取得突破性进展。
Supramolecular host-guest chemistry as a chemical or a hot chemistry, has attracted more and more attention. In the host-guest chemistry, the cucurbituril as a new class of cage-like compounds, supramolecular chemistry has become a research hotspot. Diversity of subject and object mode of action, mechanism of complicated host-guest chemistry of modem analytical testing numerous different methods can be used UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, differential thermal, magnetic resonance technology, electrochemical method, infrared spectroscopy, single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques, high-performance liquid chromatography, and other modem analytical test methods, from different angles, levels of host-guest interaction model, mechanism, structure, intermolecular interaction, etc.. Means of modem analytical testing research and application of the systematic study of host-guest chemistry have made a depth and a breakthrough development.
