民族地区幼儿园数学教育的现状与思考

摘要 通过对民族地区幼儿因数学教育的状况的调查,存在的问题有:教学资源不足;教师专业发展亟待解决;教育观念的转变存在差距;教学形式单一,小学教师化倾向较重;忽视评价的教育工作者作用。提出了解决问题的思考:地方政府的高度重视;注重对民办幼儿园的监管评估;加强教师的专业发展;逐步改变教师结构;建立科学的评价体系。 This paper investigates the current situation of mathematics education in national regions" kindergartens and gets some conclusions that education sources are poor, and teacher professional development should be resolved instantly, compared to the eastern area, there is a long distance in education conception's transformation, instructional mode is simplex, primary school teacher tendency is heavy and the education workers" evaluation function is neglected. some suggestions: local authorities should pay more private kindergartens seriously, strengthen the teacher To deal with the problems, this paper also proposes attention, take the supervision of the evaluation of professional development, change the teacher structure step by step and set Up scientific evaluation system.
