摘要 电子商务是以电子方式进行商务交易的贸易活动,具有商务流程数字化、信息化,中间环节少,企业进入全球市场成本低等特征。运用电子商务可使企业品牌传播更便捷,企业对客户需求反应更迅速,与顾客的关系更密切。因此,企业应变革管理模式,转变领导职能,革新企业文化,完善网络建设,转变竞争理念,加快电子商务发展步伐,使企业在市场竞争中赢得先机并开拓广阔的市场。
