摘要
在介绍香港中华电力有限公司(以下简称中电)和广州供电局电网规模和发展背景的基础上,对两者进行网架结构对比、电网运行模式对比、中低压设备水平对比和信息管理系统对比,找出差距,并就广州供电局如何更好地学习和借鉴中电建设高供电可靠性配电网的先进理念和经验提出合理化建议。
On the basis of introduction to network scale and development background of China Light Power Co.,Ltd（hereinafter referred to as CLP） and Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau,grid structures,operation modes,levels of middle and low voltage equipment,information management systems of the two are compared,and the differences are found out.Furthermore,the paper brings forward reasonable suggestions for Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau on how to better learn from CLP＇s advanced concepts and experience in improving power supply reliability.
