摘要
针对当前自然灾害频发的现状和电力应急通信业务的需求,结合目前东莞电力通信网现状,提出利用SkySwitch卫星应急通信技术,通过建立卫星主站、卫星便携站和应急指挥中心,构建东莞电力应急通信系统。测试结果表明,卫星通信系统的各项性能指标完全满足电网应急通信要求,可作为东莞供电应急通信的有效手段加以应用。
In view of frequent natural disasters and demand for emergency communication services of power networks and in combination with current status of power communication networks in Dongguan, the paper suggests using SkySwitch satellite communication technology. By building main satellite station, portable satellite station and emergency control center, emer- gency communication system in Dongguan is established. The test result shows that all the performance index of satellite communication system can meet requirements of emergency communication, and satellite communication can be effective means for emergency commutation and used for power supply in Dongguan.
