摘要
针对输变电工程建设的特点及原有进度管理模式的弊端,提出了一种基于知识模型的施工进度安排方法,即在加强输变电工程典型设计的基础上,以输变电工程的工作分解结构为基础,通过计算各施工工序工期,建立施工工序间的逻辑关系,实现进度的自动生成。该方法可以使项目管理人员及时对输变电工程建设进度进行深入的跟踪和管理控制。
Aiming at characteristics of power transmission transformation project construction and disadvantages in former schedule management pattern,the paper proposes a progress scheduling method based on knowledge model,which,in other words,establishes logical relationship among construction procedures by calculation on time limit of each construction procedure on the basis of promoting typical design of power transmission transformation projects and project breakdown structure,to achieve automatic generation of the scheduling.The method can help project controllers track and supervise scheduling of power transmission transformation projects construction.
