信息化极大地推动了侦查变革与发展,但其也存在着导致了侦查主体、侦查客体、侦查手段、侦查价值、侦查信息环境异化的倾向。信息技术的支配性、负效应扩散、信息技术虚拟化、人文机制缺失及信息迷思是侦查异化的主要原因。因此突出以人为本、注重风险评估、加强传统侦查与信息侦查融合、加强人文社会机制建设是消弭侦查异化的有效对策。

The author was talking about the characteristics of the investigation alienation under the information conditions, including investigative subject alienation, investigative object alienation, investigative method alienation and investigation valuation alienation. At last, the author was setting forth the cause of the investigation alienation, pointing out the measures which reduce the investigation alienation under the information conditions.
