摘要
教学不单是高校教师的职业行为,更是专门学术,是高校教师学术角色的重要组成部分。基于2011年44所不同地区和类型高校教师的调查数据,对我国不同高校、不同职称、不同性别、不同学历教师的教学态度、教学投入、教学准备、课堂教学行为、学校的教学保障制度等教学学术状况进行调查分析。结果发现:目前我国高校教师的教学投入呈现与院校类型基本相符的角色特征,教学态度也呈现出典型的院校差异;教师对高校教师管理制度的评价不高,且现行教师培训及教学支持系统的运行效果也有待提高。
Teaching is not only a work of university faculty, but also an important scholarship of the academia in Boyer's view. Based on the latest survey of the faculty of 44 universities and colleges in 2011, it constructed a descriptive framework in analyzing the teaching scholarship including the input, attitude, classroom teaching practices and the teacher training systems of each type of higher education institutions (HEIs). The basic findings indicate that faculty in different types of HEIs have shown their differences in teaching input, attitude and behaviors which reflect the characteristic of respective institution. The current teacher training and management system are not effective enough in meeting the needs of faculty and promoting teaching as a scholarship.
