摘要
目前产品认证通行的第5种认证模式是通过试验的方式判断认证产品是否满足认证要求。模块式多联机是空调中普遍采用的机型,对试验室测试能力要求高并且测试本身非常困难。本文探讨将单机组试验数据与多机组计算结合的方法用于判断模块式多联机组是否能够达到认证要求。针对同种机型室外机组成的模块机和不同种机型室外机组成的模块机,在对单台机组的试验数据进行分析的基础上,通过多种数据组合、计算,得出模块机的IPLV(C)值,以此证明,组合后模块机组的IPLV(C)值是可以通过计算得出,满足认证需求。
The present fifth-party certification mode for product is to verify if the certified product conforms to the certification requirements by testing.Modular multi-connected AC is very popular adopted in air conditioners,which is also difficult for testing and needs wide scope of lab facility.Discusses if the machine meets certification requirements by means of calculating modular multi-connected AC through testing single one.Aiming at the modular AC combined with the same sort of out-door machines and that with different ones,calculates and makes out IPLV(C) value on the basis of analyzing testing data of single machine by much more data combination.The results show that IPLV(C) value of modular multi-connected AC could be able to get by calculation which can meet the requirements of certification.
