拓展在高校高知识群体中发展党员有效途径的研究

A Study on Prolongation of Effective Ways of Developing Party Members of the CPC in High Knowledge Community of Universities and Colleges

党中央历来十分重视高校高知识群体在国家经济和社会发展中的重要作用,要求和改进高校高知识分子的培养、教育和引导工作,努力把他们当中最优秀的人员争到党的队伍中来。本文在调查的基础上,分析了高校高知识群体组织发展工作现状,探讨了培养和发展高校高知识群体入党的新路径、新方法和新实践,以期让更多的高知识分子凝聚在党的周围,发挥先锋模范作用,做党的路线方针政策的忠实拥护者、宣传者和实践人。

The Central Committee of the CPC always thinks highly of the importance of high knowledge groups of universities and colleges in the development of economy of society of our country,require and improve the training,education and guiding work to the group,and try hard to win the most superior into the Party.On the basis of investigation,the article analyses the current state of the development of organization,probes into the new ways,methods and practice to train,develop and to take in these people,so as to let more high intellectuals in the agglomeration of our Party,to give play their vanguard functions of fine examples,and be a person to loyally support,broadcast and practice the line and polities of the Party.
