中药桃仁的品种、品质与药效相关性分析研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的进行中药桃仁的品种、品质与药效的相关性分析研究,评价桃仁质量。方法通过分析比较山桃仁和桃仁石油醚提取部位中脂溶性化学成分种类及其含量的差异,建立30批桃仁药材样品脂肪酸成分的指纹图谱,并测定其苦杏仁苷的含量,建立数学模型,评价中药桃仁的品种、品质对其药效的影响。结果山桃仁主产地(M0+41.50%)>山桃仁非主产(M0+35.67%);>桃仁主产(M0+33.86%)>桃仁非主产地(M0+33.48%)。结论从模型识别,模型求解,桃仁的不饱和脂肪酸油酸、亚油酸含量和苦杏仁含量对桃仁的药效贡献值分析来看,该数学模型可以通过桃仁品种、产地、化学成分来预测桃仁药效,评价桃仁质量,为合理使用中药桃仁提供一定的科学依据。 Objective Evaluating the effects of variety and quality on efficacy of Persicae Semen by establishing mathematical model, and be used as the quality control of Persieae Semen. Methods Establishing fatty aid components fingerprints of 30 batches of Persicae semen samples and determining amygdalin content of them by analyzing and comparing the liposoluhle component kind and content in the petroleum ether extract parts between Prunus davidiana(Carr. )Franch. and Prunus persica( L. )Batseh. Studying the correlation ship among variety, quality and efficacy of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Persicae Semen. Results The main producing areas of Prunus davidiana(Carr. ) Franeh. (M0 + 41. 67%)greater than The non main producing areas of Prunus davidiana(Carr. ) Franch. ( M0 + 35.75 % ) ; The main producing areas of Prunus persica ( L. ) Batsch. ( M0 + 33. 97 % ) greater than The non main producing areas of Prunus persica (L.)Batsch. (M0 + 33. 55 % ). Conclusion The mathematical model is useful as to the model identification, model solution and the contribution of amygdalin content, unsaturated fatty acid oleic acid and linoleic acid to the efficacy of Persicae Semen. It could achieve the goal to forecast the efficacy of Persicae Semen through the factor of variety and quality and be used as the quality control of Persicae Semen. It provides certain scientific foundation to rational use of Persicae Semen.
