民办高校学生文化基础参差不齐，思维比较活跃，特点鲜明。依据民办高校学生特点和学生成长规律，研究、探索新形式下民办高校学生管理模式图谱化，对于全面贯彻党的教育方针，培养合格人才意义重大。实践证明，构建“服务、管理、教育”三者有机结合的新型管理模式，并使之图谱化，十分必要。

The students in private colleges have different academic performances, dynamic thoughts and distinct charactelisties. In accordance with the characteristics and growing rules of the students in private colleges, we will research and explore the charted students＇ management pattern in private colleges during the new era, which is extremely meaningful for the comprehensive implementation of the CPC＇s education policy and the training of qualified talents. It is proved that it＇s absolutely necessary to establish a new management pattern in which ＂service, management and education＂ are integrated and use charts to illustrate the pattern.
