博弈论视角下的农产品地理标志使用分析

Analysis of Using Geographical Indications in Agricultural Products by Perspective of Game Theory

利用博弈论模型对农产品地理标志的使用进行分析，从理论层次认识地理标志使用中问题产生的原因。在地理标志使用过程中，“搭便车”现象难以避免，“囚徒困境”和“搭便车”仪靠市场机制无法解决。政府应积极发挥在地理标志使用和宣传中的作用，通过立法和制度设计减少农产品地理标志的“搭便车”和假冒行为；在地理标志的管理上，大企业应该被赋予更多的发言权；行业自律同样重要。

The Game Theory is applied in an innovative way to make analysis and discussion on the problems of agricultural geographical indications in the phases of use, so people can make clear that how these problems can happen theoretically. In using the geographical indications the ＂free rider＂ will ap- pear. The phenomenon of ＂prisoner＇s dilemma＂ and ＂free rider＂ inevitablely depends only on market mechanism. So government should play a more important role in using of geographical indications and in promoting the brand, in reducing ＂free riders＂ by improving legislation and mechanisms, and large enterprises should be given larger voice in the administration of geographical indications, besides self-regulation needs to be paid more attention to.
