摘要
为了构建起高校图书馆科学合理的文献信息资源保障体系，提高服务水平，进而提升学校的教学和科研实力，分析了当前电子资源建设利用中存在的五个方面的问题。弄清这些问题将有助于我们站在新的视角思考和创新图书馆的管理与服务。
In order to construct a scientific and effective system of information resources in Universities to improve for service teaching and scientific research, five majoy problems in the creation and utitization of electronic resources are analyzed in detail. Understanding these .problems will bring a new angle.on the reflection on and innovation of the Library＇s maragement and service.
