Factors Influencing the Internal Quality Assurance of Graduate Education and Their Countermeasures

内部质量保障机制是研究生教育质量机制的核心。以西安工业大学为例，在阐释研究生教育内外质量保障机制的内涵和关系的基础上，分析了西安工业大学研究生教育现状，指出培养目标、质量监控、管理机制、生源质量、师资水平等因素是内部质量保障的关键影响因素，并针对学校办学定位和学科特色，提出了建设研究生教育内部质量保障机制的相关建议。

The internal quality assurance mechanism is the core of graduate education quality mechanism. Graduate education now in Xi＇an Technological University has stepped into a critical period in which quality is promoting extension development. Establishing a scientific and perfect internal quality assurance mechanism plays a crucial role in the healthy development of graduate education. Based on the discussion on the connotations of the internal and external quality assurance mechanisms for graduate education and the relationship between＇them, the paper analyzes the current situation of the graduate education of Xi＇ an Technological University, pointing out that the training objective, quality monitoring, management system and the quality of teachers and students, etc. are the key factors influencing the internal quality. In terms of the university＇ s positioning and its disciplinary characteristics, suggestions on the internal quality assurance mechanism for graduate education are put forward.
