班级生涯心理辅导对大学生时间管理倾向的影响

摘要 为了能可行地、有效地促进大学生的时间管理倾向,采用随机抽样和对照研究的方法,对实验班进行为期3个月的“班级生涯心理辅导”训练,对对照班不做任何干预,测量工具为大学生职业生涯规划现状调查问卷和时间管理倾向量表。辅导结束3个半月后进行追踪访谈。结果表明实验班时间管理倾向提高的整体水平明显高于对照班,班级生涯心理辅导对促进大学生时间管理倾向有积极的作用。 The study aims to explore the effect of the class career psychological Guidance (CCPG) on the time management disposition of college students. An experimental class set up by random sampling received 3-month training of CCPG, and then follow-up interviews 3.5 months later after the training. The effect of CCPG was assessed with the inquiry of the college student's career planning actuality and the time management disposition scale. The expeimental result was obtained that the overall level of the time management disposition of the experimental class was improved more significantly than that of the controlled class, which indicates that CCPG plays an active role in the improvement of the time management disposition.
