模糊数学理论在高校学生党员发展中的应用研究

Research on Developing the College Students to Be Members of Communist Party of China Using Fuzzy Mathematical Theory

高校学生党员发展是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,全面科学地对入党积极分子进行考核关系到党员发展质量,由于对发展对象考查所涉及的德、能、勤、绩等方面的评价存在一定的模糊性,为避免经验主义和盲目性,采用了二级模糊综合评判决策系统来对党员发展对象进行模糊评价,通过建立模型,并辅以实例证明该方法能给出较为真实客观的评价结果。

For Communist Party of China （CPC）, it is very significant to attract the outstanding college students to become the members of CPC, and has important relation to quality of development of members of CPC the activists of tending to join CPC are assessed full and scientificly. Since there has some vagueness in evaluating a lot of aspects of reviewing objects such as morality, ability, diligence and achievement, and in order to avoid the blindness and empiricism, second-order fuzzy comprehensive evaluation decision-making system is used to assess the students demanding to take part in the CPC.By establishing the mathematical model and supplementing the example, it shows that this approach is able to give a real and objective evaluation outcoming.
