《袁枚书法作品中的集外诗词九首考释》辨误

Correction of Wang Yingzhi's A Study of the Nine Poems in Yuan Mei's Calligraphic Works Not Collected in Yuan Mei's Complete Edition

王英志《袁枚书法作品中的集外诗词九首考释》(《文学遗产》2008年第6期)一文,至少有三首诗著作权误判。《扇面绝句三首》前一首见《瓯香馆集》卷八,题作《题画赠李先生》;后两首见《瓯香馆集》卷二,题为《观潮》,俱为清初"毗陵六逸之冠"恽格的作品。

In Wang Yingzhi＇ s A Study of the Nine Poems in Yuan Mei＇ s Calligraphic Works Not Collected in Yuan Mei＇ s Complete Edition （Literary Heritage, Vol. 6, 2008）, At least three poems＇ were mistakenly copyrighted. The first poem of Shanmian Jueju Sanshou first appeared in Vol. 8 of O＇ Xiang - Guan Ji, named Tihua Zeng Li Xiansheng; another two poems were seen in Vol. 8 of O＇ Xiang - Guan Ji, entitled Guan Chao. All the three poems are the works of Yun Ge who was the＂ Number One of the Six Talented Scholar in Piling＂ in the early Qing Dynasty
