整体顶盖属截面尺寸不等的异形大锻件。调质后通过对整体顶盖的产品性能试料和解剖分析试料进行检验,其化学成分和力学性能指标不仅完全满足RCC-M标准的要求,而且具有良好的均匀性。
The forgingS of Closure heads have is a kind of special large forgings with different eross-sectional areas. A Series of tests are performed on the product properties test specimens and dissection test specimens of closure head and reveal the chemieal composition and physical properties not only satisfy the requirement of RCC-M Code but also have good homogeneousness.
