Construction and Research Technique of Component Tibetan Medicine

藏医药理论是中国藏民族几千年来的文化沉积,其有效性为长期的临床实践所证实。然而由于藏药的复杂性和地域性使其有效成分不明确、质控水平低、基础研究薄弱等因素,导致其治病机理不清,以至于影响了藏药的发展。本文以组分藏药研究为目的,结合现代制药技术,对开发出机理明确、质量可控、安全有效并且拥有自主知识产权的创新性藏药具有重要意义。

Theory of Tibetan medicine is the cultural inheritance for several thousand years in Tibet nationality of China.The effectiveness of Tibetan medicine has been proved by long-term clinical practice.However,in view of the complexity and the locality of Tibetan medicine,the effective component of Tibetan medicine is not clear with low quality control level,weak basic research,and etc.Therefore,the mechanism of Tibetan medicine is unclear,which has affected the Tibetan medicine development.This paper was focused on the study of component Tibetan medicine in combination with modern pharmaceutical techniques.It has significant meaning in the development of innovative Tibetan medicine with definite therapeutic mechanism,controllable quality,reliable safety and independent intellectual property right.
