摘要
目的:研究超滤技术应用于六味地黄软胶囊多糖精制的工艺及可行性。方法:采用超滤技术结合药效实验确定六味地黄多糖中有效部位,再对超滤膜的材质、构型、膜通透量、收集药液量等进行考察,确定最佳超滤条件。结果:采用聚砜材质的中空纤维膜,先采用50 K截流量纤维膜超滤,收集原体积1.25倍超滤液,再采用30 K截流量纤维膜超滤,收集原体积1.25倍超滤液,最佳超滤条件为压力0.1 Mpa,温度35℃,超滤时间不超过50 min最佳。结论:超滤膜技术精制六味地黄软胶囊多糖相比传统的水提醇沉等方法具有操作简便,超滤过程条件温和,能耗低,精制效果好等优点,有较好的产业化应用前景。
This study was aimed to purify polysaccharide from Liuwei Dihuang decoction by using ultrafiltration technology.In the study,ultrafiltration technology was applied with pharmacodynamics to find active extracts and confirm the best ultrafiltration parameters such as the material,configuration,permeability of the ultrafiltration membrane and the quantity of liquor.The result showed that the ultrafiltration technology has more virtues such as simple manipulation,less energy consumption,and better result than traditional methods.It will have good prospect in the industrial use.
