基于因子分析的消费者可追溯食品购买行为实证研究——以南京市为例 被引量:18

摘要 论文以南京市为例,通过对消费者的可追溯食品购买行为进行实地调查,考察了消费者对可追溯性食品的认知水平和购买意愿,并利用因子分析法和二元Logistic回归模型分析了影响消费者购买意愿的主要因素。结果表明,消费者虽然普遍关注食品安全问题,但对可追溯性食品的认知程度较低;消费者对公共政策和公共媒介的不信任阻碍了食品可追溯体系的快速推广和发展;消费者对可追溯性食品的购买意愿主要受消费者收入水平、食品安全问题规制程度、可追溯食品安全性和重要性以及食品安全信息可信度的影响。消费者对可追溯食品的支付意愿不高,仅愿意额外支付普通食品价格的9%-12%。
