摘要
为精确分析开式弹链的脱弹过程,以接触理论的基本公式为出发点,推导了弹链脱弹过程的有限元计算公式,从而为开式弹链脱弹过程的求解提供了一种新的方法。利用该方法,结合相应的有限元模型,计算了某型通用机枪弹链的脱弹过程,与试验结果相比,相对误差仅5.4%,说明该方法能够真实的反映开式弹链脱弹过程中弹链以及弹体的受力。与阶梯形圆弧薄曲杆方法相比,该方法减少了对实际问题的简化,能够得到更精确的结论。该方法可以为弹链式武器弹链以及受弹机构的结构优化提供参考;同时,对于求解过盈配合的应力问题同样具有指导意义。
To analyze the bullet discarding process of open link chain accurately,its finite element calculation formulas were deduced on the basis of contact theory,and then a new method was proposed.By using the new method and finite element model,the bullet discarding process of a machine gun was calculated.Compared with test results,the relative calculation error is 5.4%,and it shows that the method can determine the force of link chair and bullet.Compared with other common used methods,the method proposed in this paper needs not many assumptions for simplification and can obtain more accurate results.The method can offer a reference for the structure optimization of link chair and feed mechanism in weapon,and it can also guide the stress calculation of interference fit problem.
