摘要
针对目前缺乏步行交通系统工程实施效果的有效评价方法,以实际应用为出发点,分别从交通系统环境和行人感知两个层面提出了步行交通系统评价指标体系,构建了相应的指标集及其计算方法,然后以中关村西区3号环廊改造为实例,选用相应的指标集,分别从定性和定量角度对其改造效果进行了评价,计算结果表明:3号环廊改造后,步行环境和行人感知改善程度分别提高了12.35%和9.14%,即改善后整体效果提高.
Since there are no effective methods to evaluate the implementation effect of pedestrian transportation system,based on the real condition,this paper attempts to provide evaluating indicator system based on the two levels of traffic environment and subjective feelings of pedestrians respectively and further equipped with a corresponding index set and its computing method.Thus,taking the remolding of 3rd ring corridor of Zhongguancun West as the case study,the evaluation from qualitative and quantitative perspective with the application of the index set is carried out.It proves that after the remolding of the corridor,the overall satisfaction of pedestrian environment and perception are improved by 12.35% and 9.14%.
