天然气(CH⒋)作为清洁、环保、安全且价格低廉的燃气,正被世界各国广泛推广,在船舶制造企业中也越来越得到普及利用,其性能和乙炔、丙烷相似,比乙炔、丙烷更安全。通过外加具有特殊性能的添加剂与天然气母气分子结合后,改变了燃气的性质,实现二次完全燃烧,达到燃烧更彻底、火焰更集中、温度更高状态,完全满足船舶建造切割与火工校正速度及工艺质量要求。

CH4, as the cleanest, greenest, safest and cheapest gas on the earth at present, is used in more and more fields. Its performance is similar to acetylene and propane, but safer than those two. It makes the original nature changed when CH4 molecule mixed with additives which have special functions on combustion supporting, polymerization obstructing, slow catalysis, etc. CH4 mixture changes the gas wavelength, burning frequency, burning speed, burning efficiency in combustion, inhibits flame radiation, and realizes secondary complete combustion.
