摘要 近年来的研究发现,氧化应激与糖尿病肾病的发生、发展有着密切联系。线粒体电子传递呼吸链氧自由基产生过多是高糖介导组织损伤主要原因之一,改善线粒体氧化应激状态成为防治糖尿病肾病新的研究方向。 Recent studies demonstrate that oxidative stress plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.Excessive oxygen free radical from mitochondrial respiratory chain is a major reason for tissue damage induced by high glucose.How to control mitochondrial oxidative stress in diabetic nephropathy is a new research direction.
