县级农村电力通信网络组织方案探析

Study on Communication Network Planning of Electrical Power in Rural Areas at County Level

摘要 介绍了目前县级电网常用的几种通信方式,以及各自的优缺点,通过分析对比,以周至县供电分公司县调通信组网方案为例,提出平原地区采用5.8 GHz无线宽带接入系统或光纤通信,山区、半山区采用数字式电力线载波通信是目前适合农村县级电网实际情况的通信组网方案。 This paper introduces several communication pattems normally used in the county-level power grids in rural areas at present, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each pattern. Based on analysis and comparison, the paper concludes that the 5.8 GHz wireless broadband access or optical fiber communication is suitable in plain areas while the digital power line carrier communication is suitable in mountainous or partly mountainous areas. Finally, the paper conducts a case study of the communication network based on the scheme provided by the power dispatching and communication team of Zhouzhi Power Supply Branch.
