摘要
通过对电动机进行输入电压调节试验分析,寻找电动机随着输入电压的变化,其损耗变化的规律,得出节电计算公式,确定电动机经济运行的电压范围及注意事项。经过反复试验与损耗差值定量分析,得出一般电动机在0.95倍额定电压下运行最经济,损耗最小。
In this paper, test results of the input of the motor voltage regulator are analyzed to find out the law of motor operation with changes of the voltage input and the law of loss changes, and to obtain the energy-saving formula and determine the voltage range for the economical operation of motors and other precautions for the operation. Through repeated tests and quantitative analyses of the loss differences, it is concluded that the most efficient operation with the minimum loss should be that the motor operates at 0.95 times of the rated voltage.
