摘要
通过对作为综合科研机构的中海油研究总院质量管理体系7年建设历程的总结,提炼出了中海油研究总院质量管理体系建设的4条经验——领导重视,组织健全;三级培训,全员覆盖;全程控制,分类实施;及时总结,共享经验。中海油研究总院为保证体系的有效运行,每年都至少对体系进行一次内部审核检查、管理评审检查和监督审核检查,目的是通过检查发现问题,寻找体系持续改进的机会和质量管理水平提高的途径。
Through the summary for seven years construction process of quality management system in the Central Institute of CNOOC regarded as the comprehensive research organization,four pieces of experiences in the construction of quality management system in the Central Institute of CNOOC are obtained,which include: leaders paying much attention and perfect organizations;three-ranks training and all staffs being covered;the entire process control and the respective implementation;summarizing in time and sharing experiences together.In order to guarantee the effective operation of this system,the Central Research Institute of CNOOC does the internal audit check,the management evaluation examination and the supervision audit inspection at least once every year.Its purpose is to find out problems through check,search for the opportunity of the sustainable improvement for the system and the approach to the promotion of quality management level.
