摘要
青岛炼化230t/h酸性水汽提装置是环保装置,目前正面临着兼顾环保与节能这一矛盾的难题。装置的环保功能,就是生产出合格的酸性气和净化水产品,保证使硫和氨氮对大气、水体的破坏最小;装置的节能功能,就是使作为汽提塔底热源的主要能耗——低低压蒸汽的消耗量最小。为实现这一目标,使用Aspen Plus流程模拟系统,建立青岛炼化酸性水汽提装置模型,并对模型进行验证和计算。通过模型,对装置各系统关键参数进行灵敏度分析。在此基础上,提出针对装置日常生产数据的优化方案。实施流程模拟优化后,在保证汽提塔顶含氨酸性气和塔底净化水产品质量条件下,通过有效组合、调控控制参数(中段回流量、汽提塔顶压力、中段回流温度),能使汽提塔的蒸汽能耗降低15%以上,有效解决了生产瓶颈,实现装置全年创效300万元以上。
Sinopec Qingdao Refining Corporation′s 230t/h acidic water stripping unit,an environmental protection facility,is facing a major challenge posed by environmental protection and energy saving.The environmental functions of the unit are to produce qualified acidic gas and purified water products and ensure minimum impacts of sulfur and ammonia nitrogen on the atmosphere and water bodies.The energy saving function of the unit is to minimize the consumption of low low-pressure steam,the main heat source at the bottom of the stripper.In order to achieve these objectives,technicians established a model for the above said unit using the Aspen Plus process simulation system and validated and calculated the model.They conducted a sensitivity analysis for key parameters of all the systems of the unit and proposed an optimization scheme towards routine production.After the process simulation and unit optimization,while ensuring the quality of the ammonia-containing acidic gas at the top of the stripper and the purified products at the bottom of the stripper,through effective combination and adjustment to control parameters(the volume of reflux in the middle section,the pressure at the top of the stripper and the reflux temperature in the middle section),the steam consumption of the stripper can be reduced by at least 15%.While the production bottleneck is removed,the annual economic benefits from these optimization measures could exceed three million yuan.
