摘要
中国石化济南分公司应用Aspen Plus软件,对MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)装置建模,较好地模拟了醚化反应、催化蒸馏、萃取、甲醇回收等过程,模拟数据与实际生产数据拟合程度较高。利用模型的工况和灵敏度分析等功能,对装置生产进行优化调整,通过降低催化蒸馏塔回流比来降低该塔的能耗;并对MTBE与催化汽油吸附脱硫(Szorb)装置的热联合进行改进,通过降低催化蒸馏塔的操作压力、降低塔底温度,提高重沸器温差,增加了取热深度,使热联合装置节约蒸汽量显著提高;降压操作也带来异丁烯转化率的提高以及MTBE增产的效果。通过定量分析甲醇回收塔、甲醇原料罐不凝气产量,采取回收至低压瓦斯系统措施后,减少了环境污染,增加了产品产量。通过对醚化后未反应C4的分离过程模拟,创新生产方案,采取新的反序分离流程,较好地将民用烃中的烯烃组分转化为重C4,不仅大幅减少了低价值产品的产量,解决了民用烃销售不畅的问题,而且重C4产品中的1-丁烯含量大幅增加,杂质的含量显著减少,产品质量显著提高,提升了装置的经济效益。
Using the Aspen Plus software,Sinopec Jinan Company established a model for its MTBE unit to simulate the processes of etherification,catalytic distillation,extraction and methanol recovery.The analog data matches the actual production data very well.Technicians used the model's functions such as working condition and sensitivity analysis to optimize the operating parameters of the unit.The reflux ratio of the catalytic distillation column was reduced to cut the energy consumption of the column;the heat integration between the MTBE and the catalytic gasoline absorption and desulfurizing unit was improved by reducing the operating pressure of the catalytic distillation column and the temperature at the bottom of the column,raising the temperature differential of the reboiler and increasing the depth of heat collection and as a result the amount of steam saved by the units in the heat integration increased significantly;reducing pressure increased the conversion rate for isobutene and the yield of MTBE.After quantitative analysis of the non-condensable gas output in the methanol recovering column and the methanol feedstock tank,measures were taken to recover the gas to the low-pressure gas system.These measures reduced environmental pollution and increased product output.By simulating the process of separating C4 that did not react during etherification,the technicians proposed an innovative production scheme.A new inverted separation process was introduced to convert the olefin components in civil hydrocarbons to heavy C4.This measure has not only dramatically reduced the output of low-value products and addressed the problem of flat sales of civil hydrocarbons,but has also significantly raised the 1-butene content and considerably reduced the purity content in heavy C4 products.As a result,the unit′s product quality has improved greatly and revenues from the unit have also risen.
