摘要
三组元比例控制器是某水下热动力能源供应系统的关键组件,其配比精度的高低,对推进剂能效的发挥起着决定性的作用。对罗茨式比例控制器,其比例控制精度主要受每路流体泄漏量的影响。通过对罗茨式比例控制器的工作压差及泄漏量的分析,得到了比例控制器前后压差与泄漏量的关系,给出了比例控制器的精度分析方法。
Tri-propellant proportion controller is a key part of a certain underwater heat engine energy supply system.The proportional precision of the tripropellant proportion controller is very important for exploiting the energy efficiency of the propellant.And for Roots proportion controller,its proportional precision is mainly affected by the leakage of every way.Based on analyzing the pressure decrease and leakage of the Roots proportion controller,the relationship between the pressure decrease and the leakage has been found,and the precision analysis method of the proportion controller has been given.
