摘要
针对舵机测试需求,设计了一种弯矩电动加载测试系统。系统以直流电机为执行元件能够实现几百到几万牛力加载,介绍了系统的工作原理和机械结构,分析计算了弯矩加载对其他力矩加载的干扰和系统影响,从测试技术要求上论证了方案的可行性。最后进行了理论分析和研究,建立了加载系统的数学模型,基于PID控制算法,进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果表明,能够满足系统预定的性能指标要求。
To meet the requirements to current rudder motor test,the bending moment loading test system is designed.The system can achieve a few hundred to tens of thousands of N force output with DC motor driven.Based on an introduction to the structure and principle of electrical loading system,and the calculation of disturbance on torque from bending moment,the test system design is feasible to meet rudder motor test requirements.A mathematical model of the system is established to analyze and to computer simulate with PID control arithmetic.Simulation results indicated that the performance of the motor-driven bending moment loading test system is competent for rudder motor test.
