摘要
目前,"低碳"的生活理念得到了全世界人民越来越广泛的认同,"低碳饮食"概念也随之进入大众视野。提倡低碳饮食有利于提高膳食质量,而做好膳食方案是保证膳食质量的关键,如果膳食方案设计合理,并符合低碳主张,就有可能促进低碳饮食。本文在遵循膳食平衡原则的前提下,通过分析低碳饮食践行者的食谱来进行低碳主张下的合理膳食设计。
At present,the low carbon philosophy of life has been more widely accepted around the world public,and low-carbon diet idea also entered the public view.Dietary program is the key to ensure the quality of the diet.Reasonable dietary program design consistent with the idea of low-carbon diet needs can implement a low-carbon diet.Following the principles of dietary,the dietary program design and evaluation was conducted for the practitioner of low-carbon diet.
