摘要
合成并鉴定了一种三氮烯试剂1-(4-安替比林)-3-(2,4,6-三溴苯基)-三氮烯(ATTB-PT)。研究了该试剂与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件,建立了一个测定铜(Ⅱ)的光度分析新方法。实验结果表明,在吐温-80溶液存在下,在硼砂-氢氧化钠介质中,ATTBPT与铜(Ⅱ)发生灵敏的显色反应,生成配合比为2∶1的橙红色络合物。络合物的最大吸收峰位于505nm,表观摩尔吸收系数为1.5×105 L.mol-1.cm-1,在10mL溶液中,铜(Ⅱ)量在0.3~5.0μg之间符合比尔定律,检出限为0.1mg/L。该显色反应具有较强的抗干扰能力,用于水样品中微量铜(Ⅱ)的测定,相对标准偏差(n=6)≤1.0%,方法回收率在103%~104%之间。
A triazene reagent of 1-(4-antipyrine)-3-(2,4,6-tribromophenyl)-triazene(ATTBPT) was synthesized and identified,and its color reaction conditions with copper(Ⅱ) were investigated.Auordingly,a new spectrophotometric method for copper(Ⅱ) was established.The experimental results showed that in the presence of Tween-80 solution,ATTBPT could react with copper(Ⅱ) sensitively to form an orange red complex with composition ratio of 2∶1 in sodium borate-sodium hydroxide medium.The maximum absorption wavelength of complex was 505 nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 1.5×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer's law was obeyed for copper(Ⅱ) in the range of 0.3-0.5 μg in 10 mL of solution.The detection limit of method was 0.1 mg/L.This color reaction had good resistance to interference.It was applied to the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) in water samples with relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)≤1.0% and recoveries of 103 %-104 %.
