比赛教学法在高职排球课教学中的运用研究

The Application of Competitive Teaching Method in Volleyball Teaching in Vocational College

高职院校的排球课教学,以往主要以技术传授和练习为主,现在已远远不能满足学生发展的需求。改革排球教学方法,将比赛教学法引进排球教学,有利于提高学生运动技能,培养学生身体素质,端正学生学习态度,增强学生社会适应能力。

Volleyball teaching in vocational college has been dominated by traditional teaching methods in the past.The class which bases on transferring technology and practice can not meet the requirements of the development of students＇ health level.The traditional volleyball teaching method should be reformed.By adopting the competitive teaching method,the students can master the volleyball skills,improve physical fitness,correct attitude towards learning sports and enhance social adaptability,then the students＇ health level is improved,so they can develop a lifelong sports habit.
