摘要
采用平皿生长速率法测定了云南特色植物红葱(Eleutherine plicata)对百合炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum liliacearum)、香蕉炭疽病菌(Colletotrchum musae)、番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)等几种植物病原菌的抑制作用。结果表明,红葱甲醇提取物在浓度为200μg/mL时对百合炭疽病菌有较好的抑制作用,强于阳性对照;并从中分离出其抗菌活性成分为异红葱甲素isoeleutherol(C14H12O4)。
Antibacterial activities of E.plicata extracts against C.liliacearum,C.musae,and B.cinerea and etc.were tested by means of growth rate method.As a result,the extracts of E.plicata had inhibitive effect on the C.liliacearum mycelia growth at the concentration of 200 μg/mL,Compared with the positive control,it had a stronger inhibiting ratio.Moreover,isoeleutherol(C14H12O4),the main active ingredient was isolated from E.plicata
