摘要
为给马铃薯试管苗生长和有效保存提供试验依据,以费乌瑞它脱毒试管苗为试验材料,添加不同甘露醇浓度(1%~5%)的继代培养基对其进行增殖培养,比较不同甘露醇浓度对试管苗生长和有效保存期的影响。结果表明:所试甘露醇浓度均对马铃薯试管苗的生长有不同程度的抑制作用,同时还延长了试管苗的保存时间,其中以继代培养基中添加1%~2%的甘露醇的保存效果最为理想,可使试管苗保存7个月以上,成活率达50%,且不影响试管苗继代。
Taking virus-free plantlets of Favorite as the experimental materials and the multiplication culture medium supplemented with mannital of different concentrations(1 %-5 %) as the regard proliferation medium,the effect of mannital of different concentrations on the growth and preservation of tube plantlets was studied to provide a reference for the growth and preservation of tube plantlets.The results showed that not only did mannital inhibit the growth of the tube plantlets,but it prolonged the preservation period.When the concentration of Mannital was 1 %-2 %,the plantlets could be preserved at least seven months and the survival rate was up to 50 %,and had no effect on subculture.
