HPLC法测定清肺丸中黄芩苷和柚皮苷含量

Determination of baicalin and naringin in Qingfei pills by HPLC

目的:建立同时测定清肺丸中黄芩苷和柚皮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-2%冰醋酸水溶液(21∶79),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为283 nm。结果:黄芩苷和柚皮苷分别在20.8～156μg/ml(r=0.999 9)和8～120μg/ml(r=0.999 8)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.85%(RSD为0.97%,n=9)和100.1%(RSD为1.29%,n=9)。结论:本法简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于清肺丸的质量控制。

Objective ： To develop an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and naringin in Qingfei pills. Methods ： Analyses were carried out on VP - ODS column （ 150 mm × 4.6 mm ） with acetonitrile - 2% acetic acid 121 ： 79 } as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the UV detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. Results ： The linearities of baicalin and naringin were in the range of 20.8-156μg/ml（r=0.9999）and 8 -120μg/ml （ r = 0.9998 ）, respectively. The average recoveries of baicalin and naringin were 99.85% and 100.1% ,the RSD were 0.97% and 1.29%. Conclusions： The method is simple, accurate, strong specificity and can be used for the quality of Qingfei pills.
