摘要
以某水电站翻板闸门支墩补强加固为例,介绍了采用在支墩外表粘贴钢板条的加固方法,以控制支墩裂缝的扩展并提高其承载能力,分析了支墩加固后的受力状况,给出了加固后的承载力计算方法,计算结果表明该方法能有效地提高支墩的抗弯强度,为有效解决同类实际工程问题提供了一种新的方法.
Based on the engineering practice of strengthening the pier structurein flap gate of the hydropower station,this paper introduces the method of sticking steel plates on the surface of the pier to restrict crack development and increase bearing capacity.The mechanical behaviors of strengthened pier are analyzed,and the formulas of bearing capacity for strengthened pier are presented.The results indicate that this method can improve the flexural strength of the pier effectively,so as to offer a new method for solving the practical problem in the similar projects.
