试论在延缓皮肤衰老过程中益气调血、疏调三焦与抗氧化的相关性

The Theoretical Research on Anti-aging Effects by the Correlation of Dredging Triple Energizer,Regulating Qi and Blood and Oxidation Resistance

自由基是引起皮肤衰老的一个重要因素。在中药中寻找高效安全的天然自由基清除剂,已日益成为一个十分活跃的研究领域。我们提出了"从疏利三焦入手,益气调血以延缓皮肤衰老"的观点,并选用可疏利三焦、调达上下、宣通内外、和畅气机且又具有清除自由基的小柴胡汤来探讨其延缓皮肤衰老的可行性。从小柴胡汤入手,以中医三焦气化与延缓皮肤衰老为切入点,探讨有关皮肤衰老的机制,无疑可以拓宽中医驻颜美容的思路,具有重要的现实意义与临床应用价值。

Free radical is thought to be the major cause of skin aging.Seeking for the highly effective security in the traditional Chinese medicine for the natural radical scavenger has become a very active research.We think ＂It＇s possible to delay the skin aging by dredging triple energizer and regulating Qi and blood＂.Then we choose Xiaochaihu decoction which is confirmed to scaveng free radicals to discuss its ability to delay the skin aging.Xiaochaihu decoction is believed to have the effect of dredging triple energizer and regulating Qi and blood.We focused on investigating the relations of triple energizer and the skin aging by Xiaochaihu decoction.Studies focused on demonstrating the skin aging mechanisms have an important practical significance and value of clinical applications.
