摘要
运用LI-6400XT便携式光合测定仪,以大棚里不同黄化程度的八仙花叶片为试验材料,对其净光合速率、光合响应曲线指标及气孔导度等生理指标进行了测定和分析,以期探究八仙花叶片黄化对光合特性的影响。结果表明:随着黄化程度的加深,其净光合速率、气孔导度均呈下降趋势,正常叶片的光补点(LCP)、光饱和点(LSP)均最低。
Using LI-6400XT Portable Photosynthesis Analyzer to shed in the normal yellow and yellow with different levels of Hydrangea macrophylla as test materials,after the leaves yellow photosynthetic rate,photosynthetic response and stomatal conductance which four physiological indices were analyzed and measured,to explore the Hydrangea leaves yellow and its effect on photosynthesis.The results showed that with the deepening of the degree of yellow,and its photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance decreased,light up at the normal leaves(LCP),light saturation point(LSP)were the lowest.
