支气管哮喘患儿体内嗜酸性粒细胞及IL-13TGF-β_1的检测 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察哮喘患儿外周血和痰中嗜酸性粒细胞数(EOS)及血浆中IL-13、TGF-β1含量,分析其与哮喘的关系。方法采用血细胞分析仪及瑞氏染色检测外周血及痰中嗜酸性粒细胞数;采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)方法检测血浆中IL-13、TGF-β1的含量。结果与对照组儿童相比,哮喘患儿外周血嗜酸性粒细胞数明显增高(P<0.05),痰中嗜酸性粒细胞比率也增高(P<0.05),IL-13水平较对照组高,而TGF-β1水平低于对照组。结论体内嗜酸性粒细胞数增高及细胞因子失衡在支气管哮喘发生中起着重要作用。 Objective To analyze the relationship between bronchial asthma and eosinophils in peripheral blood or in sputum as well as the level of IL-13 and TGF-[51 in plasma in asthmatic children. Methods Eosinophils was counted by hematology analyzer and Wright staining. IL-13 and TGF-[31 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Results Compared with the control group, the number of the eosinophils in asthmatic children's peripheral blood was larger ((0.382±0.0695)×10^9L^(-1) vs(0.169±0.0554) ×l010^9L^(-1) P〈0.05), the rate of eosinophil in asthmatic sputum is also higher(P〈0.05 ), and the level of IL-13 in asthmatic children's plasma was higher but TGF-β1 was lower. Conclusion The increase of eosinophil and cytokine imbalance plays an important role in asthmatic pathogenesis.
