摘要
针对崇左市经济发展水平、现状用水水平、产业结构调整战略等因素,按用水总量控制、用水效率控制、水功能区限制纳污控制,提出2015年广西崇左市的水资源管理控制指标,为政府决策部门制定水资源管理"三条红线"指标化工作提供技术参考。
Thorough analysis was made on the economic development level,current water consumption level and industrial structure readjustment strategy of Congzuo City.Based on analysis results,the water resources management control indexes of Congzuo for the year 2015 were put forward,including total water consumption,water utilization efficiency and water function zone allowable pollutant control,which provide technical reference for concerned authorities to draft the three limit lines of water resources management.
