以石岗山、寨子山和马桑林水工隧洞为例,阐述了在一个点多面广的水工隧洞工程进行爆破施工的过程中,如何抓住管理重点。指出:爆破技术管理必须根据现场地质条件灵活进行,而不能死搬招标文件;爆破资料管理要抓住填写该资料所涉及的"爆前描述"、"参数确定"和"审查签字"等内容,确保其真实可靠。

Taking the hydraulic tunnels of Shigangzi,Zaizishan and Masanglin as examples,the author discussed the key management issues of a tunnel project with blasting construction at multiple and scattered positions.Blasting technical management may be adjusted according to the site geological conditions,instead of invariably following the technical descriptions of bidding documents.As regards blasting documents management,the information must be real and reliable such as pro-blasting description,confirming of parameters and examination signature etc.
