The method on measuring the ordinal consistency of judgment matrix was discussed. From the definition of ordinal consistency of judgment matrix, by constructing triangle elements, the triangle algorithm on measuring the ordinal consistency of judgment matrix was obtained. Compute illustrations, which indicates that the algorithm is effective, was given.
