大学生职业决策自我效能影响因素及干预措施研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 职业决策自我效能理论最早由Taylor和Betz于1980年提出。他们职业决策自我效能定义为将个体对自己完成择业相关任务所需能力的信心程度。此后,越来越多的研究者展开了对该领域的研究。而在该领域的研究中尤其以大学生为被试者的研究成果最为丰富。本文对大学生职业决策效能的影响因素和干预措施两方面的研究成果进行了归纳总结。影响因素可概括为个人因素、家庭因素以及他人因素。干预措施为归因训练、课程教学、团体训练、计算机职业指导系统等。 Career decision-making self-efficacy was defined firstly by Taylor and Betz in 1980s as 'expectations of self-efficacy with respect to the specific tasks and behaviors required in making career decisions'.More and more attention has been paid to this area by researchs.The literatures about college students are the most plentiful.This article reviewed the findings about affected factors and interventions of college students' career decision-making self-efficacy.Literature related to career affected factors was presented in 3 areas: personal,family,others.The intervention literature was summarized thematically: attributional training,career course,group conselling,computer-assisted career guidance system.
