自拟补肾促排卵汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕86例分析

Analyses on 86 Cases of Ovulation Failure Sterility Treated with Self-made Bushen Cupailuan Decoction

目的:观察补肾方药治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法:补肾促排卵汤临床结合辨证加减与西药克罗米芬联合应用为观察组86例,单独应用克罗米芬为对照组44例,进行服药前后自身对照和两组间的比较。结果:中西药结合应用的观察组总妊娠率(治愈)为61.63%(53/86),显著性高于对照组的43.18%(19/44)(P﹤0.05),同时具有调节月经周期、促进卵泡和内膜生长发育的整体调节效果。结论:补肾方药治疗排卵障碍性不孕,通过调整肾—天癸—冲任—胞宫轴功能,体现的肾主生殖的中医思想。

Objective: to observe the clinial effectiveness of treating ovulation failure sterility with Formula for reinforcing kidney.Methods: Take 86 cases as observing group with Bushen Cupailuan Decoction combined clinically with chloramiphene by syndrome differention,44 cases as control group with chloramiphene alone.Compare the results before and after administration,and between the two groups.Results: The total pregnancy rate of observing group is 61.63%(53/86),significantly higher than that of control group 43.18%(19/44)(P<0.05).Meanwhile the combination of Chinese and western medicine is able to regulate menstrual cycle,promote the growth development of ovarian follicle and tunica intima.Conclusion: The formula for reinforcing kidney can cure ovulation failure sterility through regulating the function of the kidney-Tian Gui-Chong Ren-uterus axis which reflects a TCM theory of kidney governing reproduction.
