凉血解毒膏防治放射性皮肤损伤的临床研究

Clinical Study on Prevention and Cure of Radioactive Cutaneous Injury with Liangxue Jiedu Gao

目的:观察凉血解毒膏防治急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法:将100例需要放射治疗的患者随机分为2组,每组50人。中药组在第一次放射治疗时给予凉血解毒膏涂抹局部;对照组只做常规放射治疗宣教和健康教育。结果:放射性皮肤损伤的总发生率对照组为100%,中药组为84%(P<0.05),I级放射反应对照组为38%(19/50),中药组为60%(30/50),II级放射反应对照组为30%(15/50),中药组为22%(11/50),III级放射反应对照组为20%(10/50),中药组为2%(1/50),IV级放射反应对照组为12%(6/50),中药组为0%(0/50)。第一次出现皮肤损伤的照射剂量对照组为26.3 Gy,中药组为38.9Gy(P<0.01)。在40 Gy以前,对照组有96%(48/50)的患者发生皮肤反应,中药组仅为64%(32/50)。结论:凉血解毒膏能有效地防治放射性皮炎的发生,并能延长发生时间,降低皮肤损伤程度。

Objective: to observe the clinical effectiveness of Liangxue Jiedu Gao(ointment for cooling blood to remove toxic materials) in treating acute radioactive cutaneous injury.Methods: 100 cases awaiting radiation therapy were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases each group.Chinese medicine group was applied with the ointment onto the local area during the first radiation treatment;control group was given routine publicizing and health education for radiation treatment.Results: The total incidence rate of radioactive cutaneous injury was 100% in control group,and 84% in Chinese medicine group(P<0.05);I radiation reaction was 38% in control group(19/50),and 60% in Chinese medicine group(30/50);II was 30%(15/50) and 22%(11/50);III was 20%(10/50) and 2%(1/50),IV was 12%(6/50) and 0%(0/50).Exposure dose of cutaneous injury for the first time was 26.3 Gy and 38.9 Gy(P<0.01).Before 40 Gy,96%(48 cases) of control group had cutaneous injury while 64%(32/50) of Chinese medicine group did.Conclusion: Liangxue Jiedu Gao can prevent the incidence of cutaneous injury,prolong the incidence time and lower the injury degree.
