摘要
为满足输电线路停电检修时向杆塔上运送挂设分相接地线的新需求,利用力学原理、采用纵横双向承力法及"以人为核心"的技术设计思想,设计研制出一种与人身全面紧密接触、"融"为一体的携带分相接地线的胸背带。该胸背带是对向输电线路杆塔上运挂分相接地线传统工具的重大创新,已在新乡供电区应用。本成果对规范、高效进行输电线路分相接地线挂设工作具有积极促进作用,可供电力系统等相关单位部门借鉴应用。
In order to meet the new requirement of carrying and erecting split-phase grounding wires onto the pole in the transmission line when power-off, by applying mechanics principle and horizontal and vertical bi-dircctional load-bearing principle and human-oriented design principle, a new kind of strap that closely contacts the whole body to carry the grounding wires is designed. The design can be considered as a great innovation compared with the traditional tool of carrying and erecting split-phase grounding wires, and the new design has been put into use in Xinxiang district. This innovation boosts standard and efficient carrying and erecting split-phase grounding wires, can be adopted by the relevant power department.
